I just finished reading Shabana Awan’s “The Ultimate Guide To Control Food Cravings” and have to say for the most part, it has a lot of very interesting facts that will be profound for most people who cannot control their food cravings and are used to a traditional way of losing weight.


A very well written easy to understand book. And its actually helping me control my cravings. Didnt know that by drinking water and diverting attention one can actually control craving
